In the immediate vicinity of the new investment, there is a residential building, built as part of the first stage of the “Capital Towers” investment (building A – tower visible on the right side of the picture above). This project has won many awards in architectural competitions and is perceived as an innovative development concept. In 2016, another building from the Capital Towers investment was completed, it is a 7-storey residential building “building D” whose great advantage is very large terraces overlooking the park and the Wisłok River.
